- Conduct a comprehensive pre-acquisition due diligence encompassing both commercial and financial aspects in collaboration with the Montreal team.
- Negotiate deal terms, ultimately aiming to achieve $15-20M per year in acquired revenues with the support of the Investment Partner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Possession of CFA or CIIA qualifications is a plus.
- Knowledge of the buy and build model, with experience or familiarity in VMS or software considered an asset.
- A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about various businesses across diverse industries.
- A growth-oriented mindset, always striving for personal excellence and process enhancements.
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster authentic, lasting relationships, quickly.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, capable of independently overcoming challenges and establishing operations in new markets.
- Proven leadership potential with the ambition to build, expand, and lead a local team in the future.
