We're hiring on behalf of a well-established manufacturing and industrial business that is seeking a skilled Cost Accountant to join their Finance Department. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical and communication skills, looking to contribute to critical accounting and financial analysis functions.

The Role

• Assist with essential tasks like job closings, invoicing, and financial reconciliations.
• Develop and analyze complex cost structures within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Apply advanced Cost Accounting principles to support key financial decision-making.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and generate comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and GAAP compliance.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in factory accounting or cost structure development.
• Advanced understanding of Cost Accounting principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and large business systems.
