About the role

Digital Services Partner

Join our team as a Digital Services Partner and play a key role in shaping and continuously improving the employee Workday experience at AGL.

In this role, you'll lead innovative initiatives as a functional consultant, while ensuring the smooth delivery of core cyclical activities and timely resolution of issues. You'll be part of an ambitious Workday roadmap, with exposure to cutting edge capabilities including Skills and Career Hub, Talent Optimisation, Workday Extend and AI Agents-providing a unique opportunity to deepen and grow your Workday expertise. This is a hands on role where you'll not only build your own capability and also share your knowledge to uplift others. Partnering closely with our P&C team, business stakeholders and end users, you'll co design and deliver solutions that enhance the overall employee experience and support AGL's broader transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a domain expert across one or more Workday functional areas, primarily Compensation, Performance and Talent.
  • Lead key initiatives end to end, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, solution design and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise and enhance Workday functionality in line with AGL's strategy.
  • Design, configure, test and implement Workday business process improvements.
  • Maintain and govern master data configuration across relevant functional areas.
  • Support the P&C community by providing guidance and enabling adoption of Workday capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with Workday in an implementation or support environment.
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more areas such as Core HCM, Compensation or Advanced Compensation (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capability, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence working in ambiguous environments, with the ability to navigate evolving requirements.
  • Strong organisation and self management skills, with the ability to reprioritise and adapt to changing business needs.
