Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect – AI Assist

Location: Remote – USA
Employment Type: Contract – W2 Only

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect with expertise in AI Assist and generative AI capabilities to design, develop, and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong ServiceNow platform development and architecture skills with hands-on experience implementing AI-powered capabilities to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance user productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
  • Implement and configure AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities, including Now Assist and generative AI features.
  • Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities to improve incident management, service desk operations, case resolution, and workflow automation.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
  • Work with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other relevant platform capabilities.
  • Design integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Ensure platform security, performance, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, Technical Lead, or ServiceNow Architect.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Assist, Generative AI, or related ServiceNow AI capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, customization, and application development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, workflows, Flow Designer, and platform integrations.
  • Understanding of AI-driven workflow automation and intelligent service management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Any Certification ServiceNow preferred.
