We are looking for Salesforce Developer for our client in Hanover, NJ.

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce-related technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet unique business needs through the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Configure Salesforce features such as process builder, flow, and approval processes.
  • Write, test, and deploy Apex classes and triggers to implement custom business logic.
  • Develop Visualforce pages and Lightning components for user interface customization.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
  • Implement and maintain security settings and access controls to protect sensitive data.
  • Ensure Salesforce configurations and code adhere to security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, process flows, and code documentation.
  • Keep abreast of Salesforce releases and communicate the impact on current solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and other developers, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with peers to ensure code quality and best practices.
