How Paid Driver Training Works: \n Training Schedule:
\n \n Four days of classroom instruction
\n Three days of hands-on load securement training
\n Five days of equipment familiarization, driving and backing instruction, and training in how to complete a thorough DOT pre-trip inspection
\n Four weeks of OTR training with one of our experienced driver trainers, who will help you master the hands-on skills you need to succeed as a flatbed driver for TMC
\n Start your career as a TMC flatbed driver!
\n TMC pairs you with a trainer who lives within 150 miles of home, helping you get home most weekends during training

At TMC, We Offer: \n \n First-year drivers earn up to $100,000 annually
\n Home weekends
\n Paid training - $650 a week during orientation and your final week on the road
\n $125 holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
\n Increased tarp pay: $40 for smoke & steel tarping and $50 for lumber tarping
\n Continuous Run Program: Earn an additional 1% of load pay after one weekend out, 2% after two weekends, and up to 3% after three or more weekends on the road
\n $600 in-truck bonus when you receive your own truck, plus $1,000/week guaranteed pay during your first two weeks in your assigned truck
