Based at our beautiful Nellie Melba Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill , you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:

• Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents in our Low Care Unit
• Coordinate, motivate and develop your team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Provide support to your Clinical Manager

We have a full-time, 12 month fixed term role available working Sunday to Thursday, 0700am to 1500pm.

About you

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge or within a previous nursing leadership role
• The ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team
• Kindness, compassion and drive to deliver first class care to our residents
