Job Description
Talentmark are recruiting for an IT Field Technician to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is site based in Swindon.

IT Field Technician Role:
- Give hands-on IT support to staff, fixing hardware, software and basic network issues.
- Set up, install and maintain IT equipment across the site
- Keep IT stock levels topped up and order new equipment when needed.
- Log all issues and fixes clearly so problems can be tracked and improved.
- Pass on more complex problems to senior IT staff when needed.
- Work with local vendors on things like cabling, printers and equipment disposal.
Your Background:
- A diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related subject.
- At least 4 years' hands-on IT support experience.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA, MCP or MCSE are a plus.
- Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines.
- A helpful, flexible attitude and strong communication skills.
