Job Description
I am urgently seeking an Interim Recruitment Administrator / TA Administrator for a 3 month period to work for a Higher Education organisation in East London. This role will pay a rate of 175 to 187 per day through an umbrella company and will be hybrid working with 2 to 3 days per week on site and the remainder remote.
Reporting to the AD People & Culture Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will be available to start immediately or within a weeks' notice and will support the TA Team with the efficient and smooth running of all administrative aspects of the TA process, including; managing the TA email account, managing the onboarding process, generating reports, booking interviews & rooms, supporting assessment centres & events and other administrative duties.
Candidates will be expected to have the following experience, knowledge and skills: -
- Has a passion for providing great customer service and is committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Owns the TA email account and other relevant communication channels responding to all enquiries and resolving any issues.
- Monitors the vacancy approval process, ensuring all vacancies approval requests are reviewed ASAP.
- Manages the onboarding process for all successful candidates, including DBS and UKVI, providing a smooth and seamless transition from offer to starting.
- Conducts appropriate research of the industry (HE) and competitors to support the TA team as required.
- Possesses excellent analytical and communication skills with the highest degree of integrity.
- Coaches hiring managers on the intricacies of using the ATS and HRIS.
- Ensures compliance within the hiring practices to meet all employment regulations and laws.
- Communicates with vendors and third-party administrators as needed.
- Works using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing reporting as needed.
- Supporting other areas of P&C team if required on an ad hoc basis.
Essential Skills include: -
- Previous TA or recruitment administrative experience.
- Demonstrable skills in the Microsoft 365 suite of products.
- Demonstrable skills in gathering information from diverse sources and the ability to present that information in an appropriate manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good planning and organising skills.
- Experience of working effectively without close supervision.
- Excellent customer care skills, with a proven ability to meet customer expectations.
