This employer is seeking an experienced Schlosser / Metallbauer to join their team, contributing to the expansion of energy infrastructure. The Role

• Mounting steel structures in medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (110kV to 380kV), including air and gas-insulated systems.
• Installing high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Assembling mounting hardware such as high-voltage clamps, hanging and support insulators.
• Performing assembly and disassembly of screwed and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable assembly, including cable pulling.
• Revising plan documents by marking changes.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in locksmithing, preferably in construction, mechanical and plant engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Ideally, experience in safely handling electrical systems.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites with your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular assembly assignments from Monday to Friday across Western Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work style.
