The Role

• Partner with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best wireless plans and services.
• Assist customers in connecting, working, watching, gaming, and streaming with the latest devices.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts through proactive engagement.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout and after the sales process.
• Stay current on the latest technology products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Build trust and long-term relationships within the local community.
