AI Strategy Manager

About the role

We are looking for an AI Strategy Manager to join our UK team in London. You will work alongside our Retail & Consumer leadership, shaping how Quantium approaches the market with AI-led solutions. This role turns our internal transformation thinking into client-ready strategy: go-to-market propositions, decision-ready recommendations and the packaged materials that bring them to life. You will also work closely with our global strategy teams, with a remit that covers Retail and Consumer in the UK and works across verticals as needed.

How will you make an impact?

• Strategic problem solving: Frame complex commercial challenges and develop clear, decision-ready recommendations for the UK business
• Go-to-market strategy: Build Quantium's client-facing AI proposition for retail and consumer clients, translating internal work into compelling client materials
• Partnership and alignment: Work with UK leaders and global strategy teams to align approaches where it adds value, and tailor them where the UK market needs something different
• Client-ready execution: Support large, high-profile client opportunities, including RFPs and redesign processes, from behind the scenes

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team

• Consulting strategy background: Experience in strategy consulting, or in a strategy house, with the frameworks and toolkit that come with it
• Sharp problem solving: A structured, curious approach to ambiguous problems, with the ability to get to the heart of an issue quickly
• Commercial thinking: An understanding of how analytics and AI create value for clients
• Communication: The ability to distil complex ideas into clear, persuasive recommendations for senior audiences
• Retail or consumer exposure: Useful, though not essential. We value people who can quickly pick up our context
