Roles & Responsibilities

 

· Backlog Management: Own, groom, and prioritize the agile product backlog using tools like JIRA. Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

· Payment Strategy: Oversee the transition from legacy wire architectures to modern payment rails (e.g., ISO 20022, FedNow).

· Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, compliance officers, and IT delivery teams.

· Quality Assurance: Review and accept Agile deliverables, ensuring specified acceptance criteria and compliance standards are met prior to release
