Industrial Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking an Industrial Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Drive key preparation activities: data cleansing, process harmonization, organizational readiness
• Modify existing processes to fit the upcoming SAP S/4HANA environment
• Build Processes that enable the Shopfloor to efficiently operate.
• Coordinate with the global DtB IE Template Team and work alongside different upstream and downstream processes (StProd, QM, Logistics, IT, etc.)
• Contribute to the further development of IE processes within SAP S/4HANA and Teamcenter

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Practical experience in transformation initiatives; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is helpful
• Familiarity with process implementation and data creation in SAP R3 or S/4HANA (experience in Routing creation is a plus)
• Strong analytical approach and structured working skills to implement a complex template to a dynamic project environment
• Ability to understand and adapt to complex processes
• Good communication and collaboration skills across sites and cultures
• Proactive, structured, and reliable working style
• High learning agility and willingness to dive into complex template content
• Resilience in a dynamic transformation environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
