The Role • Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals. • Assist in training and developing a successful sales team. • Supervise store operations and loss prevention in management's absence. • Provide a fun, full-service experience to all customers and resolve issues effectively. • Execute all opening and closing duties according to company policy. • Communicate store needs and assist with daily tasks promptly.
