We are looking for an Associate Technical Program Manager – AI Infrastructure to support technical programs involving AI infrastructure and enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project/program management experience, professional services background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technical programs and projects related to AI Infrastructure and enterprise technology.

• Partner with customers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive project execution.

• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.

• Lead customer-facing meetings and effectively communicate project status, priorities, risks, and next steps.

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment across technical and business teams.

• Support project planning, execution, documentation, reporting, and delivery.

• Identify project risks and dependencies and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation plans.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure expectations are clearly understood and managed.

• Coordinate with professional services and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Technical Delivery, or a related field.

• Professional Services experience is mandatory.

• Strong project/program management experience.

• Strong understanding of technical domains, preferably AI, AI Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, or enterprise technology.

• Proven customer-facing experience.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience leading meetings and managing conversations with customers and business stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Self-motivated with strong ownership and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• AI/ML infrastructure or cloud infrastructure projects.

• Enterprise technology implementations or technical transformation programs.

• Professional Services delivery environments.

• Experience working with cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, product, and business teams.

• Experience managing customer expectations and executive-level stakeholder communication.
