Job Description

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a long-term opportunity on a major civils construction project in Ruislip.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, highways and infrastructure works, particularly kerbing, drainage and associated groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:<br />Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget.<br />Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve programme milestones.<br />Coordinate all aspects of civils works, including kerbing, drainage, road construction, groundworks and associated infrastructure.<br />Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.<br />Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.<br />Liaise with clients, engineers, local authorities and other stakeholders.<br />Manage project programmes, resources and procurement requirements.<br />Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and maintain productivity.<br />Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and relevant regulations.Requirements:<br />Proven experience as a Project Manager on civil engineering or highways projects.<br />Strong knowledge of kerbing, drainage, road construction and general civils works.<br />SMSTS qualification.<br />CSCS Black Card (or equivalent management card).<br />First Aid at Work (preferred).<br />Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.<br />Full UK Driving Licence.<br />Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects to a high standard.<br />About Us:<br />Teamforce Labour is a trusted provider of skilled personnel to the Rail, Civil, and Construction industries across the UK.<br />We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality talent to our clients while fostering fair and inclusive recruitment practices.
