Loudon Motors Ford in Minerva, Ohio is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team!

What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers, helping them find the right vehicle for their needs
Build relationships through excellent customer service and communication
Achieve sales goals set by the sales manager
Present and explain vehicle features, performance, and options
Identify customer needs through questions and active listening
Offer and conduct test drives following dealership procedures
Track and review sales performance to continuously improve
What We’re Looking For:
Automotive sales experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Social media knowledge is a plus
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
