The Role

• Prepare and document production processes
• Manage administrative tasks and team assignments
• Ensure quality control throughout the production cycle
• Operate and maintain production machinery

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification (entry-level candidates are welcome)
• Strong sense of responsibility and technical understanding
• Team player with the willingness to work in a 3-shift system
