The Role

• Provide competent basic and specialized care for patients in the orthopedics and trauma surgery department.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and therapists as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Focus on patient care, with administrative tasks minimized to allow for nursing-specific responsibilities.
• Contribute to the healing process of patients recovering from injuries and surgical procedures.
• Engage in shift work, including weekends and holidays, as required by the department's needs.

What You'll Need

• Completed three-year state-recognized professional training as a registered nurse or geriatric nurse.
• A keen interest and developing expertise in orthopedics and trauma surgery.
• Excellent ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to different areas and tasks within the department.
