What You’ll Do:
As an FP&A Finance Manager, you will lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and P&L data. You’ll perform variance analyses, support SAP reporting and legacy system transitions, and collaborate closely with teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain. Your insights will help track critical project milestones and KPIs, support business transformation, and prepare key financial presentations for leadership.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–7 years of FP&A, planning, and reporting experience
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP reporting systems
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of financial modeling and systems integration
• Prior involvement in finance transformation projects

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
• 5 to 7 years of related finance experience, preferably in CPG or manufacturing environments

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to support SAP integration projects and financial system transitions
• Ability to work during EST core hours in a remote or on-site setting
