Salary: £19,760.00

Location: Bristol Office for Training, then Work From Home 

Shifts: Full time 40.00 Monday – Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Training Duration: 3 Weeks

 

The Role:

  • The student recruitment team is the first point of contact for students (undertaking OU study and considering their next modules), and enquirers seeking information about OU study
  • Contact is primarily telephone, but with email, letter, webchat as necessary
  • Includes processing fee payments
  • Agents will be required to present a seamless, consistent experience to OU students and enquirers, helping OU achieve its student number targets
  • Team members need to be confident using the telephone, and confident working with complex systems and information as the role will make use of multiple databases to maintain student, company and enquirer details

  • A good attitude that revolves around seeking to understand candidates, and presenting information that will act to educate them, or help them progress on their journey
  • Confidence, resilience, and a dedicated approach to providing an exceptional level of service
  • A good level of Written & Verbal communication skills
  • Good Computer skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems with ease
  • Flexibility, great attendance and good time keeping to make sure you are available for our customers
