Enjoys working with people, approachable, courteous, and patient
Ability to engage our customers and provide excellent service by meeting customer needs through active listening, asking good questions, and showing our customers what it is like to be part of the Boscov’s family!

Ability to achieve sales goals
Able to multi-task, helping more than one customer at a time when needed
Entrepreneurial drive to succeed in a commission based environment
This is a fast-paced position that requires physical movement, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders and/or stairs
Available to work varied days and hours as schedule requires, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
Set and achieve sales goals
Meet and exceed customer expectations by retrieving requested shoes from stockroom area, as well as recommending additional items based on customer needs
Educate customer on product
Work as a team player to ensure every customer’s needs are met
Daily department maintenance tasks such as merchandising, display, and ticketing
Assist with stock room maintenance when not assisting customers
Help to fulfill customer internet orders

As a Seasonal Full-Time member of our retail operations team, you will be eligible to receive:
Starting Rate: $16.10 per hour- plus commissions
