Job Description- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and sponsors.
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for growth within the Not For Profit sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with organisational goals.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with organisational policies.
- Provide regular reporting on business development activities and outcomes.
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Not For Profit sector.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.
