JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Brand Manager plays a key role within the marketing team leading the execution of marketing campaigns that drive marketing strategy and marketing excellence for the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta brand. He/She/They will assist the Director of Brand Marketing with campaign strategy, day-to-day tasks and project management, contributing to efforts that build brand awareness, acquire new members and donors, and drive brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate is passionate about brand storytelling, understands the importance of a brand participating in the cultural zeitgeist, is savvy in digital channels and how brands impact performance media, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops communications plans that align creative, media, social, PR, influencer, experiential, and digital channels
Crafts compelling messaging while working with internal teams to deliver creative and messaging consistent with brand standards
Supports the development of high-quality creative assets aligned with brand standards
Champions a distinctive and consistent Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta brand narrative across all external audience communications
Acts as a brand ambassador and guardian of the brand, ensuring ideas and activations are aligned with the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta brand and that the brand is represented accurately in all materials
Integrates the brand strategy across all audience touchpoints (email, paid media, in-store experience, e-commerce, etc.)
Acts as the brand steward to ensure continuity in creative and messaging across channels and adherence to brand guidelines
Provides creative feedback that strengthens storytelling, visual identity, and campaign effectiveness.

Ensures all marketing programs are integrated across paid, owned, and earned channels with maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Monitors campaign performance and key marketing metrics
Analyzes consumer insights, behavioral trends, and campaign effectiveness
Develops recommendations that improve future marketing investments and business outcomes
Shares learnings and best practices across the marketing organization
Executes additional duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communications, or related fields
2-3 years of marketing, communications, or brand management experience
Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns
Demonstrated ability to influence across multiple functions and disciplines
Experience supporting integrated campaigns across digital and social channels with a focus on brand storytelling and execution
Skilled in clear, concise verbal and written communication, including structured documents and PPT presentations
Able to quickly create content in multiple styles for print or digital media, including articles, collateral, video scripts, interviews, and more.

Experience in donor-centric writing a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools, with a strong grasp on setting and measuring marketing KPIs; familiarity with project management tools (e.g.

Monday.com) is a plus
Natural leader and team player, adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive projects forward
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making informed decisions, and adjusting strategies as needed
Passionate about brand storytelling, emerging cultural trends, and audience insights
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude; thrives in team-oriented settings
Proactive and resourceful, comfortable taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
Must be comfortable working with youth, volunteers and parents
Must be comfortable working on-call during nights and evenings and working some evenings and weekends
Agency and/or non-profit experience a plus
Unquestionable ethics and integrity
Excellent time-management skills
10% travel nationally and within 34 County Service Area
Spanish language fluency a plus
Must successfully complete an MVR, credit and criminal background check
