Senior Public Sector Cloud Delivery Consultant

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Delivery Consultant to lead complex cloud engagements for public sector customers. In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of AWS solutions, guiding migrations, application modernization, and adoption of emerging technologies. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and customer leaders to define outcomes, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation. You will provide hands-on technical guidance, mentor consultants, and contribute to delivery best practices in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed, and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AWS cloud solutions for public sector customers
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical scope and success criteria
• Drive adoption of emerging AWS technologies and best practices in customer environments
• Plan and execute migration, modernization, and transformation projects
• Provide hands-on guidance on cloud architecture, security, and operations
• Manage project timelines, risks, and communications with executive stakeholders
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across teams
• Contribute to reusable templates, accelerators, and delivery methodologies
