The Role

• Sell top-tier pest control services to commercial clients across various industries.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify pest-related issues and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers by acting as an empathetic problem solver.
• Prospect for new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Explain service offerings, solutions, and set customer expectations with confidence and care.
• Utilize provided technology, such as an iPad, for sales agreements and organization.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Capacity to work independently in the field and interact effectively with customers.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks including ladder use and confined space entry.
• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus.
