Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer
Job Location: Springfield, VA
Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000
Eligibility/Clearance: Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance
and the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
Job Description:
Join a mission-critical software development team building browser-based
applications in support of the agency’s cybersecurity risk management
practice. We are leveraging a modern tech stack deployed in the Amazon
cloud, including React/NodeJS, NextJS, python, Docker, SQL Server, and
AWS services including Lambda, Glue, Redshift, RDS, EC2, and S3.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain modern/responsive web apps primarily using NextJS
· Implement all required back-end SQL data modeling required to ensure a
seamless user experience.
· Integrate front-end components with back-end database collateral using
RESTful APIs.
· Participate in Agile development cycles, sprint planning, and code
reviews.
· Participate in troubleshooting and support bug fix prioritization.
· Ensure accessibility, performance, and usability best practices are
followed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- · Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- · 10+ years of professional experience.
- · Strong full stack coder, with subject-matter expertise across all
relevant technologies.
- · Experience with Docker and cloud-based environments, preferably
AWS.
- · Demonstrated ability in translating customer requirements into
code.
- · Strong testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- · Self-starting, with established project leadership skills.
- · Experience working in an Agile sprint-based development pattern.
- · Excellent team player, willing to pitch in as needed to ensure
program success.

Desired:
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including FISMA RMF
familiarity.
· Experience building and supporting NextJS apps across whole app
lifecycle.
· Solid SQL coding experience, ideally with Postgres, T-SQL, or
Redshift.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong customer and user facing management skills.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field
