AI/ML Engineer with Security Clearance

Position Description

Join a dynamic team supporting a Department of Defense client as an AI/ML Engineer specializing in supply chain and logistics. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge machine learning models to optimize logistics operations, enhance predictive analytics, and detect anomalies. You will apply advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning, neural networks, and metaheuristics to address complex inventory and supply chain challenges.

Your expertise will help develop real-time decision systems for dynamic pricing, resource allocation, and predictive maintenance, ensuring mission-critical operations are seamlessly supported in challenging environments. Lead the architecture design of scalable, secure AI systems, mentor engineering teams, and uphold best practices in ML development and secure software engineering.

Collaborate closely to align technical strategies with defense AI objectives, explore emerging AI/ML technologies, and contribute to innovation initiatives, academic collaborations, and technology assessments in support of national security.

Top Requirements: Active and maintained "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Five (5) or more years of professional experience in AI/ML development **Nice to Have:**
Experience working with DoD or in defense environments
