Manufacturing Training Coordinator - Day Shift

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced team in Cranberry Township, PA. In this role, you will handle day-to-day training administration and serve as a primary point of contact for training-related phone calls, emails, and other communications from internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, training personnel, and management.
• Act as a customer advocate by identifying training options that meet customer needs and expectations.
• Dispatch training requests and orders to appropriate training personnel.
• Process and track training proposals and quotations.
• Provide customer support and administration for online e-Registration software.
• Process training orders in SAP, including quotations, order entry, internal order assignment, delivery, picking, posting, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with credit and collections regarding processed orders.
• Request and update customer account information through CRM systems.
• Provide backup and crossover support to field service coordinators and repair centers.
• Manage multiple priorities and customer issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Pay: $25/hour

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
