About the Role Join OMNI Consulting Solutions as a Senior Systems Engineer and take on a critical technical leadership role supporting a federal customer's most demanding systems. You'll provide independent technical assessments, drive systems engineering excellence, and directly influence decisions made by senior government stakeholders through rigorous analysis and expert guidance. Responsibilities

Provide independent technical assessments of contractor designs, architectures, and system performance
Support systems engineering activities including requirements, integration, test, verification, and operations
Evaluate radar, RF payload, and mission system performance
Support MBSE and digital engineering efforts using tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw
Participate in design reviews, integration/test campaigns, and readiness assessments
Identify technical risks and provide recommendations to government leadership
Develop briefings and decision support materials for senior stakeholders Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
10+ years of experience supporting aerospace, defense, or space systems programs
Experience with ISR, radar systems, RF payloads, or mission systems engineering
Familiarity with MBSE/SysML tools and systems engineering lifecycle processes
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Active TS/SCI clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

Prior SETA or government program office experience
Experience with DoD acquisition processes and space system integration/testing
