Transformation Product Tech Analyst

Location: Vienna, VA, Winchester, VA, or Pensacola, FL (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced transformation practitioners to operate between business and technology. This role involves translating complex concepts into actionable decisions, driving readiness and execution, and providing continuity across multi-year modernization efforts. The position will support enterprise product capability build-out as part of a cloud core transformation, partnering with technical teams and business product lines to deliver necessary enablers and ensure strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams to facilitate clear communication and understanding.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of processes, data, and capabilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute plans for product and operational readiness to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Manage dependencies and assess the impact of changes across various business units.
  • Design and refine operating models and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and document governance frameworks and control creation processes to ensure traceability and compliance.


Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience is required, with 10+ years being preferable. Experience in financial services transformation and cloud transformation or migration is needed.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word is required.
