The Role

• Support individuals with learning disabilities to improve their daily living skills and independence.
• Assist with a full range of daily activities, including personal care, household tasks, and community engagement.
• Develop residents' life skills, personal interests, and encourage participation in various activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, including support with medication and manual handling.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and contribute to service monitoring requirements.
• Work flexibly within a 24-hour supported living environment.
