The Role

• Provide individual and humanistic support to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities in their daily lives.
• Design individual daily structures and promote independence.
• Respond situationally and empathetically to diverse needs.
• Perform basic and advanced nursing care.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and family members.
• Document and relay relevant observations.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a qualified nurse, general nurse, or geriatric nurse.
• Previous experience in disability support is desirable.
• Empathy, patience, and openness in interacting with individuals.
• Enthusiasm for learning new processes and actively contributing to their development.
• A sense of responsibility, team spirit, and respect for others.
