Join Our Leadership Team
Kellogg Community Credit Union is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as our Senior Manager of Resolutions. This position is responsible for leading all collection and recovery activities while balancing financial performance with exceptional member service.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in consumer lending, collections, and team leadership, along with a passion for helping members navigate financial challenges with dignity and respect.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing collections team.
- Drive strategies to reduce delinquency and charge-offs while improving recovery results.
- Oversee collection activities for consumer, mortgage, home equity, credit card, and business loan portfolios.
- Manage loss mitigation efforts, including repayment plans, loan modifications, bankruptcies, repossessions, and recoveries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
- Analyze portfolio performance and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver positive member outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of collections, loan servicing, or related financial services experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of consumer and mortgage lending, collections practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead people, drive results, and use data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
