Job Description

Role: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Dayton, MN
Customer is looking for two Manufacturing Engineers with around 2 5 years of experience who can
help get their materials processes and systems moving faster. They re still at the early stages, so they
need support with things like creating and validating layouts, designing repack solutions, and
designing and installing labels.
Candidates who can work fairly independently and help build out and implement some of these
foundational processes and standards.
They ll need to:
Collect and organize the required data
Develop and document specifications
Help determine requirements for the warehouse management system
Measure parts and capture dimensional information
Define packaging requirements
Assess space and storage requirements
Help optimize material flow and minimize forklift usage
Please focus on candidates with hands-on manufacturing, warehouse/material-flow who are
comfortable working directly on the floor and gathering the necessary data.
