The Role

  • Provide service-oriented patient support, safely escorting patients within the clinic via walking, wheelchair, or bed.
  • Manage and prioritize transport requests, coordinating closely with functional departments and inpatient units.
  • Ensure the safe and functional readiness of all transport equipment.
  • Offer empathetic and clear communication to enhance the patient experience.
  • Support internal hospital operations through reliable coordination and execution of transport processes.

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/w/d) with at least 1 year of training, or an equivalent qualification.
