Required Skills and Attributes
· 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Systems Administration, or Platform Support.
· 3+ years of experience supporting security vulnerability remediation, patch management, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
· Strong experience with server lifecycle management, operating system upgrades, infrastructure support, and production operations.
· Proficiency with PowerShell, VMware, ServiceNow, and Splunk.
· Experience supporting Windows Server and/or Linux/Unix environments.
· Knowledge of enterprise vulnerability management processes, security compliance requirements, and remediation planning.
· Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to coordinate across infrastructure, security, application, and operations teams to drive remediation efforts.
· Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
· Experience working within large healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated enterprise environments.
· Experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure and services (Azure preferred).
· Exposure to DevOps practices, automation, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
· Experience managing Critical and High vulnerability remediation efforts.
· Knowledge of vulnerability management tools, security scanning platforms, and audit/compliance processes.
· Familiarity with Citrix, VDI, networking fundamentals, and enterprise production support environments.
· Experience supporting application modernization, platform upgrades, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Lead remediation efforts for Critical and High security vulnerabilities across infrastructure, server, and platform environments.
2. Coordinate and execute operating system patching, infrastructure maintenance, and server lifecycle management activities.
3. Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to identify, prioritize, track, and resolve vulnerability findings.
4. Support compliance, audit, and security governance initiatives by maintaining remediation plans and providing status reporting.
5. Perform production support, incident response, troubleshooting, and operational risk mitigation activities to improve overall platform stability and security posture.
