Location: Elkhart, Indiana
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour ($19.00 when hired on)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6AM-2PM

We're seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including order picking, shipping, receiving, and more. What You'll Do:

• Support inbound and outbound logistics through accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Operate forklift equipment (certification required upon hire) and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory verification, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading trucks, and organizing stock in designated locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following all safety policies and GMP standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals for efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Scanning, picking, and shipping experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse experience.
• Experience operating forklifts (must complete certification upon hire).
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including scanning and inventory systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with computer systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Oracle.
• Previous experience with GMP and safety standards.
• Mechanical aptitude or prior experience with material handling equipment.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.

Other Requirements:

• This role is based on-site within a manufacturing warehouse setting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.
• Must have reliable work history and a strong work ethic.
• Immediate availability is preferred to fill this essential position quickly.
• Requires good strong work history with previous employers.
