The Role

• Provide competent and service-oriented advice to exceed customer expectations and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment at all times.
• Creatively and effectively implement sales promotion initiatives.
• Actively participate in all store operations, including stocking, price tagging, and cashier duties.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, vocational training in retail with prior work experience, or a motivated career changer eager to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people, and an independent, efficient work style.
• Strong team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability are essential.
• Enthusiasm for the world of motorcycling, or existing knowledge of the subject.
