The Role

• Attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events.
• Generate qualified leads by interacting with potential customers.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations with high energy and positive techniques.
• Manage event setup and teardown, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Exceed lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager.
• Collect and meticulously capture show leads for the company's acclaimed products.

What You'll Need

• Ability to work weekends, specifically Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a passion for educating customers on product lines.
• High energy levels, engagement, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone for timekeeping and lead submission.
