  • Prepare internal memoranda, loss analyses, and client-facing summaries for institutional investors.

  • Work with portfolio monitoring, analytics, financial experts, and investigators to assess liability theories.

What We're Looking For

  • Four to ten years of securities litigation experience, including experience assessing potential claims before filing.

  • Experience analyzing SEC filings, earnings announcements, and stock movements, with familiarity in loss causation, damages analysis, and class period identification.

  • Strong litigation experience in complex matters, ideally from plaintiff-side practice or a substantial securities defense practice.

  • A JD from an accredited law school, with a strong record of analytical legal work.

  • Experience with or willingness to use AI and data analytics tools, legal research platforms, and SEC filing databases.

  • Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and an interest in representing institutional investors on the plaintiff side.
