*Role Overview:*

We are seeking an experienced *Delivery Executive (DE)* to lead end-to-end delivery, operations, and strategic execution of SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) and broader HR technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, client engagement, and SAP HR domain expertise to drive delivery excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Own end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing support.
- Manage client relationships, executive stakeholders, escalations, and delivery commitments.
- Drive delivery governance, financial performance, resource planning, SLAs, and operational excellence.
- Provide strategic direction across SAP SF modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
- Collaborate with technical, functional, and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, AI-enabled HR solutions, and digital transformation.
- Manage delivery risks, project financials, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
*Required Qualifications:*
- 12–15+ years of IT/HR technology experience, with significant SAP SuccessFactors delivery leadership.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise clients, global delivery teams, and complex HR transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP SF architecture, integrations (SAP BTP/CPI), and HR business processes.
- Experience with delivery governance, managed services, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent executive communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
*Preferred:* Experience with SAP Joule, AI-driven HR innovations, and enterprise HR technology roadmaps.
