Overview:

Lead a high-impact team responsible for internal .NET frameworks, shared libraries, and developer tooling that power an entire engineering organization.

Must Have

  • Proven experience building software for other developers (internal frameworks, shared libraries, SDKs, or developer tooling)
  • Strong background in .NET / C# backend engineering, with the ability to design and own complex systems
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at an architectural level, making high-impact technical decisions across teams
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineers, with a focus on scaling team impact and technical quality

Nice to Have
  • Owned or contributed to platforms, frameworks, or shared services used across multiple teams
  • Experience improving developer experience (DX) through tooling, workflows, or process enhancements
  • Familiarity with package management ecosystems (e.g., NuGet) including versioning and release pipelines
  • Experience defining or driving engineering standards, best practices, or architecture patterns across an organization

What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For
  • Own and evolve platform architecture, shared services, and internal .NET frameworks that power development across multiple teams
  • Drive developer experience, tooling, and engineering standards to improve velocity, consistency, and quality
  • Lead and develop a team of architects and senior engineers, providing mentorship, feedback, and technical guidance
  • Influence technical strategy and architectural decisions across a multi-team, large-scale engineering environment
  • Manage the roadmap for shared frameworks and platform capabilities, balancing scalability, performance, and usability
  • Build and maintain software for other developers (e.g., frameworks, SDKs, libraries, tooling) with strong documentation and usability in mind
  • Leverage deep .NET / C# expertise to guide design decisions and maintain high technical standards
  • Coach engineers and promote adoption of best practices, patterns, and standards across the organization
