The Role • Engage customers within a national retail home improvement store to promote HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings solutions. • Generate interest and schedule free in-home consultations or tune-ups for expert sales advisors. • Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner. • Work in a dynamic retail environment, interacting with a diverse customer base. • Be a key part of the initial customer contact strategy to drive service bookings. What You'll Need • An outgoing personality and a proactive approach to speaking with shoppers. • Previous experience in retail, kiosk sales, or other direct sales roles is preferred, but not required. • Ability to remain on your feet and comfortably walk throughout your shift. • Availability to work weekends and specific holidays. • Willingness to attend weekly in-office meetings. • A clean, professional appearance suitable for representing a trusted home service brand. • Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
