Technical Product Manager (TPM)

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with a strong software engineering and product management background to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of technology products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Lead product development from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to prioritize features.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to technical and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management, software engineering, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern application architecture.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering teams and managing complex technical products.
• Excellent analytical, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.

Preferred

• Prior hands-on software development or engineering experience.
• Experience building enterprise, SaaS, AI/ML, data, or platform products.
