Title: WMS Business Analyst - Manhattan Active WM

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead requirements gathering and analysis for WMS capabilities across Outbound, Inventory, Inbound, Returns, and Labor Management.

·       Own Outbound business processes, including waving, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and fulfillment workflows.

·       Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution design inputs.

·       Partner with Operations, SMEs, and Manhattan consultants to validate requirements, identify gaps, and drive solution alignment.

·       Support testing activities including TUT, FUT, E2E, and UAT by creating, reviewing, and executing test scenarios.

·       Manage and triage defects in JIRA, perform root-cause analysis, validate fixes, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

·       Facilitate workshops, requirements reviews, and design sessions with business, technical, and vendor teams.

·       Create and maintain project documentation, including BRDs, process flows, functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.

·       Support cutover, go-live, and Hypercare activities, including business readiness, issue triage, and operational stabilization.

·       Drive stakeholder communication and alignment, ensuring business teams, vendors, and project leadership have visibility into requirements, risks, dependencies, and testing progress.

Required Skills:

·       3+ years of Business Analyst experience on WMS implementations.

·       Strong Outbound warehouse operations experience (required).

·       Experience with Manhattan Active WM (preferred) or other Tier 1 WMS platforms.

·       Deep understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes.

·       Experience leading requirements, testing, and defect management activities.

·       Working knowledge of Outbound, Inbound and Labor Management.

·       Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Agile, and SDLC methodologies.

·       Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
