Job Description
An established Wealth Management firm is looking for a Training & Development Advisor to join their HR team and support the delivery of learning, qualifications and development activity across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone experienced in financial services training administration, highly organised, and confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
You will support the end‑to‑end training and development programme, ensuring colleagues receive the training, qualifications and regulatory support they need. This includes coordinating apprenticeships, professional qualifications, CPD, mandatory learning and broader development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate apprenticeship programmes, including learner administration and provider liaison
- Administer CPD processes and professional membership requirements
- Manage qualification tracking, exam bookings, results and study progress
- Support cross‑border accreditation and regulatory attestations
- Track Fit & Proper forms and maintain accurate compliance records
- Monitor mandatory training completion for new joiners and escalate overdue learning
- Deliver training sessions to interns during their programme
- Manage Training & Development inbox queries
- Process training‑related actions for leavers
- Provide general administrative support and contribute to wider HR projects
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Training & Development role, ideally within financial services
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Analytical, solutions‑focused and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- High integrity, discretion and understanding of confidentiality
