OMS Specialist - eFinancialCareers

A fast-growing financial technology firm is seeking a OMS Specialist to join its commercial team in New York City. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of capital markets, trading technology, and client engagement.

In this role, you will manage and grow strategic client relationships, gain a deep understanding of trading workflows and business priorities, and identify opportunities to expand product adoption and client engagement. You'll act as a trusted partner to customers while collaborating closely with internal Product, Technology, Operations, and Trading teams.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven and eager to build a career within financial technology and capital markets. You'll have exposure to complex trading environments, electronic execution workflows, and industry-leading technology solutions, while helping clients maximize value from the platform.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and strengthen client relationships across a portfolio of accounts
• Understand client objectives, workflows, and evolving business needs
• Drive adoption, retention, and growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Support onboarding, training, and expansion initiatives
• Stay informed on developments across financial markets, trading technology, and industry trends

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of experience in fintech, capital markets, trading technology, broker-dealer services, or related sectors
• Exposure to equities, equity derivatives, listed options, or broader equity markets
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
