M365 Solution Designer

As a  Microsoft 365 Solution Designer acts as an internal function the developing, running, and maintaining of the IT systems and platforms Nokia is running on. Develops and maintains applications to meet the business needs of the organisation. Covers the performance and monitoring of day-to-day database and system activities as well as the provision of remote support to users regarding hardware and software problems.

• Provide operational and administrative support of the applications in the cloud and Continuous improvement and automation of the deployed systems
• Implementation of new tools and M365 functions and Monitoring of incidents and troubleshooting
• Evaluation of the newest technologies for use in IT and Development and maintenance of M365 security features
• Manage M365 applications administration interfaces and Maintenance and implementation of third-party software (IAM, project planning software, etc.)
• Support on the Planning, developing and implementation for Entra Identity and Access management solutions, Support on technical challenges for projects and Support on Incidents (L3, L2)

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric administration. 
• Strong expertise in Power BI Service and Microsoft Fabric governance, administration, and operations. 
• Experience leading Power BI to Microsoft Fabric migration projects and Deep understanding of Fabric capacities, licensing, capacity planning, monitoring, and optimization, Hands-on experience managing On-Premises Data Gateways and connectivity solutions. 
• Knowledge of Power BI tenant administration, security, workspace governance, and lifecycle management. 
• Experience with PowerShell, REST APIs, and automation and Experience in L3 support, incident management, and operational excellence. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills and Ability to work effectively in global and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate administration and governance and with Experience with Power Platform CoE and environment management. 

Nice-To-Have:

• Knowledge of Dataverse administration and security. 
• Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, or Azure certifications. 
• Experience in large-scale enterprise analytics platforms and governance.
